Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or submitted to suppliers.
  • Once an order has been processed, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for verification.

International Shipments

  • We do not provide refunds for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • In the event that an international shipment is seized or confiscated by customs, supporting documentation or proof will be provided when available.
